I was browsing around YouTube for PaRappa videos, and felt like drawing these two! Classic PaRappa (with the hair tuff. My idea. :) ) and his friend, the cutie Matt-kun! >w< All I know about him is that he's an over-reactive guy who's not afraid to be the brave one. Matt's pretty cool really. He might be a relative to Joe Chin. Don't know. :shrug:
